Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only, using UPS or USPS as our trusted carriers. Once an order leaves our warehouse, the responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. We are not liable for any delays, damages, or other delivery issues that occur while the package is in transit. Tracking information will be provided to help you stay updated on the status of your shipment.


Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • UPS Ground
  • UPS Second Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air
  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • USPS Priority Mail

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the designated carrier for delivery, the package's transit and delivery become the responsibility of the carrier. While we diligently work to ensure that orders are processed accurately and handed over to our shipping partners promptly, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances during transit may occur, which are beyond our control.

As such, any issues arising during the shipping process, including but not limited to delays, damages, or lost packages, are to be addressed directly with the carrier responsible for the delivery. We advise customers to refer to the tracking information provided for their order and to reach out to the carrier's customer service department for assistance in resolving any delivery-related concerns.

While we are committed to assisting our customers in any way possible in such situations, it's important to note that our ability to influence the outcome of shipping issues once the package is in the carrier's possession is limited. We will, however, provide support and guidance to the best of our ability to help facilitate a resolution with the carrier.

In the meantime, we want to ensure your satisfaction. We can either replace the item or issue a refund for your order.

We will not reship for free until the original order has been late for 20 days.

Additionally, we'll need your assistance in filing a claim on the shipping insurance.


Undeliverable Packages Policy

In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or other delivery issues beyond our control, we will make every effort to contact the customer promptly to resolve the matter.

Upon receiving a returned package, we will attempt to reach out to the customer via email and/or phone using the contact information provided during checkout. We kindly ask customers to ensure their contact details are accurate to facilitate effective communication.

If the customer would like the package reshipped, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost, regardless of the original shipping method.

If no response is received from the customer within five (5) business days of our initial contact attempt, we will proceed with processing a refund for the order. The refund amount will be the original order total minus a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers the costs associated with processing, handling, and restocking the returned items.

We highly recommend customers to review and confirm their shipping address details carefully during checkout to avoid any potential delivery issues. If you realize that you've made an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out to our customer support team immediately to make the necessary corrections.
