30-Day Return Policy

If you purchase a fireplace blower fan from Fireplace Blower Outlet and decide it's not the right fit for you within 30 days of purchase, you can return it for a refund. However, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to your refund.

How to Return Your Fan:

  1. Contact Us: Simply email us at support@fireplacebloweroutlet.com or text us at (801) 938-8945 within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Explain the Reason for Return: Let us know why you'd like to return the fan.
  3. Ship it Back: Carefully package the fan in its original packaging (if available) and ship it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with signature confirmation. Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned fan in good condition, we will process your refund for the purchase price of the fan minus the 30% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


30 DAY - WARRANTY OF PRODUCT

If there is an issue with the fireplace heat blower or any accessory components within the first 30 days, we will send a replacement part at no charge. Just send us an email explaining the problem, and we may correspond with you to help diagnose the issue or assist with troubleshooting.

Troubleshooting Reminder:
If the blower has a thermostat, it will only turn on when the thermostat reaches 120°F. If the thermostat is dislodged from its magnet, the blower won’t turn on. You can reattach the thermostat to the magnet using super glue.


1 YEAR WARRANTY

Our fireplace blowers are warrantied for one year. If a defect arises with the blower or any included accessories, Fireplace Blower Outlet will replace the defective component (shipping charges excluded).

Steps to Return:

  1. Within one year, send an email to support@fireplacebloweroutlet.com requesting return authorization. Be sure to include the reason for return and a copy of your original confirmation of purchase.
  2. Print out your original confirmation of purchase and the authorization to return. Include these documents in the return package.
  3. Return postage must be prepaid, and a return postage label is required for shipping. (We recommend using shipping with a signature required.)
